Total Anecdotal is a podcast hosted by Tom and Ricky. The idea began after Tom kept rattling off ridiculous anecdotes, ranging from near-death experiences to befriending Noel Gallagher’s manager. Rather than let these memories rot in Tom’s abnormally large head, they made the decision to set up a podcast and try to extract these gems from the otherwise intolerable dross that comes out of his mouth.
In a desperate attempt to present some structure to the pod, the hosts added segments like Important News, Down With The Kids (DWTK) and Literary Corner, as well as inviting special guests on from time to time. The result? Mediocrity.
Neither Tom nor Ricky knew what they were doing when they started the show, which helps explain the piss-poor sound quality from their amateur setup. But they hope you enjoy it anyway.
